In 1960 I returned to the UK and was posted to RAF Abingdon onto 47 Squadron flying Blackburn Beverley transports. This 47 Squadron aircraft is XB269 (F) which I flew 10's of thousands of miles in over the next 3 years. the model is by Skylane.
