I've got the free model at http://airports.londoncontrol.com/pavements400.htm, cutting and copying each PDF page onto an Adobe Photoshop file. Later I printed a small part of the complete airport foil on photographic paper (I paid about US$ 25 to print a 40x60cm page).

The pictures were taken with my Sony Alpha cameras (A700 and A350) with Minolta 70-200/4 "beercan" and 75-300/4.5-5.6 lenses and Sony HVL-58 flash.
