I've got the 1:400 airport foil for free from http://airports.londoncontrol.com/ website, joining each page with photoshop and printing it on photographic paper.

For taking the pictures, I placed the foil over my bed and used a Sony Alpha A700 camera with Minolta 75-300 lens
(most used configuration is 1/125 speed and F16 apperture) plus a Sony HVL-58AM flash.
