Thank you Ike. It was just a lucky coincidence to be looked all right after I took the picture as I had no proper place to place the the model for photo shooting in my show room. 

I am happy to know that you guys like the pictures. It took me almost three nights to make that small airport some six years ago when I moved in. It is getting crowded as the collection is still growing.

Perry, This could work, but you could keep it simple and vary scales, as i think was done here by Eric. Its a technique called 'forced perspective set' – a wellknown special effects technique used in model movies like Thunderbirds where the foreground scale, and the background model scales differ. When the different parts are lined up correctly from the camera's POV, the illusion of a receding perspective cannot be distinguished from the real. Try it and see.

I been trying for a inflight diorama  like this for a long time but dont have the means to do it. I wanted to make a  huge plexiglass box and hang the plane by a nylon string above a model airport so it looks like it is flying over.
