Groupe de Chasse GC 1/30 "Normandie", Winter 1943, Ivanovo. These were Free French pilots flying russian fighters in the 1st Guards Fighters Division. GC 1/30 "Normandie" became Régiment de chasse RC "Normandie-Niemen" in 1944. The "Normandie-Niemen" pilots came back in France with their Yaks (by Stalin's himself special authorization) and flew over the 14/07/1945 marchpast in Paris.
