I have been frustrated for some time with the hosting platform that I built Model Airplane Collectors on. I have wanted to build in additional features for a long time but my hands are tied without full access to the back end programming. I also do not have the power to pick up and move our content to another server of my own on a platform that I build from the ground up.

With that said I have the knowledge and the means now to provide the absolute best…

I have been working on a mobile app for the site for quite some time. I am needing some help with identifying this model and where it came from and who made it. I was told that it was from the Douglas factory and used as a design/production prototype. It is resin and very accurate in my opinion. It is approximately 7 1/2" long. It does have a hole for a stand and it is sitting on one of my 1:200 Gemini Jets stands in the photos. It is very old and has yellowed with age. There are no chips or damage to the model at all.
