Dear all

I encountered a fortnight ago a problem when I opened my parcel and discovered that the HM model (HA8001 1/48 Hawker Fury Mk I) I ordered from Antics Ltd UK showed a curved upper wing (see under pics):

Though this was not a "broken piece" claim case, the model's aspect was quite unaccurate.

I therefore sent a mail to the HM Customer contact (William Liu at HK), with these pics to expose this case and try and find a solution.

William trusted me and, while allowing me to keep the defectuous model -which can be exposed without much problem- , shipped quite immediately by Air Mail a replacement Fury Mk I, which is the HA8004, the HA8001 being sold out at the time. I sent a slight 12$ shipping participation for helping.

I just received it this morning. No upper wing problem. Perfect model. See Under new pics:
