1/48 Franklin Mint Model, not easily customized with BD-48-06 Berna decals set - Hawker Hurricane Mk IIb (Mk I ?) "BG707 / black 1 -Theodore" of Groupe de Chasse GC I "Alsace", Forces Aériennes Françaises Libres (FAFL) - and coming from RAF 417 Squ. - , Amriyah (Suez canal area), Egypt, sept. 1942. Usually flown by Cdt Joseph Pouliquen, later commander of GC 3 "Normandie" then "Normandie-Niémen" (French fighter group engaged alongside USSR Air Force).
When decals (after drying on the model) are flying away like Autumn leaves in the sky at any breath (what damned poet am I) WHAT CAN WE DO ?
I personnally use a paper white glue stick. And you?
On the other side, it seems that, for this precise model livery, the green camo colour was not used: only Middle Stone and Dark Earth.
Kind regards!
Papi Jeff (really NOW !)
