I recently came across a model for a Russian T-90 MBT sold on ebay for a Russian manufacturer called Fabbri. I wanna buy the model so much as I appreciate the T-90, but my main concern is with the quality of the model. The pictures on ebay are very confusing. Some pictures give the impression that the model is of acceptable quality and others don't.

I was wondering if anyone on this group owns a model from this manufacturer or known someone who does ??? If yes please tell me what you think of the quality of its models. For those who don't own a model but can tell from the pictures if the model is of good quality, please check the links below:

Hi again, Ahmed!

For me, de Agostini, Fabbri or Altaya are using most of time same IXO moulds with various liveries and don't issue them in the same countries.

I'd say that moulds are not of equal accuracy, and that the model precision depends on them.

You can never be sure of the quality without seeing or better have it in hands !!!

I've no T90 but some t55, T72 and T80. They are quite OK.

I don't know for the T90.

Bye, m8 and take care !

Jeff

And, as far I can know, Fabbri is not a Russian issuer but an Italian one, who works as Altaya with magazines sold WITH the model..

Thanks for the valuable info Jeff (thumbs up)
