Well everyone! Yesterday I made another trip down to Dallas! This is the third time since last October I've been at DFW. Now yesterday wasn't a spotting trip. It was a trip to visit some of my girlfriends family, so all in all the time I spent at the airport was only around 2 and 1/2 hours all day. However, I did see quite a bit of neat stuff while I was there!

Haven't really done much recently do to school, but I wanted to get some new updated shots up.
I laid out 7 gates to show you how many gates will run down the left side, but only the first three are the actual gates that I'm using. The others are older ones I've printed. There will be 7 narrowbody gates down the left side. The right side will have 5 narrowbody gates, and then 4 regional parking spots. Then there will be 2 widebody gates at the far end. I encourage everyone who is not a member of SAF yet to give it a try. The atmosphere is very friendly and family like. Like MAC! I think everyone would enjoy it, and with MAC and SAF we should have all fronts covered!

Not that it wasn't already confirmed, but I finally got back to my other models after getting stuck at my parents house due to the winter storm. As you can clearly see from this picture there is a huge difference in cockpit window placement.

Although mine is still higher than it should be I think it's actually a little lower than the one Waffle took a pic of.
If you look at the Star Alliance logo in particular. Waffle's cockpit windows are almost even with the top of the Star logo.
Mine is much lower than the Star logo!
