I have a sizeable Pacific Aircraft collection that I'm looking to sell. They are all hand paint mahogany with exquisite detail. They all include black stands and I believe are about 1/32 to 1/40 scale. I have most all US jet fighters from the F-16, F-15, A-6, A-7, F-4, F-14, F-18. There are some prop fighters as well…

Haven't really done much recently do to school, but I wanted to get some new updated shots up.
I laid out 7 gates to show you how many gates will run down the left side, but only the first three are the actual gates that I'm using. The others are older ones I've printed. There will be 7 narrowbody gates down the left side. The right side will have 5 narrowbody gates, and then 4 regional parking spots. Then there will be 2 widebody gates at the far end. The 2 widebody…

Braniff International, QANTAS, and South African were first out of the gate, with TWA and American to come in a few months. I purchased the Braniff International version and will note the highlights in this blog.
For those who may not have known, the SP was born out of a need for Pan Am to reach…

To whom asked me about how I've taken my pictures, here comes my tips:
I've got the 1:400 airport foil for free from http://airports.londoncontrol.com/ website, joining each page with photoshop and printing it on photographic paper.
For taking the pictures, I placed the foil over my bed and used a Sony Alpha A700 camera with Minolta 75-300 lens
(most used configuration is 1/125 speed and F16 apperture) plus a…

I just thought I'd throw these pictures up on a blog post. I'll also upload them into a photo album. I'd recommend anyone go have a look at the Delta Airlines Heritage museum. It's well worth the trip. This was last October.

The Beginning - 1/500
My collection all began in 2003 when I stumbled across an eBay listing for a Herpa Wings 1/500 United (battleship Gray) Boeing 777-200. This was the OG or old generation model from Herpa Wings which had the fat tires and plastic landing gear. Having never seen any sort of model like this, I was fascinated at the detail in such a small model, and it was made of metal! In my mind, these were the Dyna Flights for grownups! I became…
